I bought two lap style guitars recently with the view to keeping one and the other won me over

No Faults, just I had to try a couple out before I decided which one to keep...

Made Richard Wilson.

Highly Figured Tasmanian Blackwood top/back/sides

Solid maple soundhole rings.

Gotoh tuners

African Ebony fretboard with maple fret markers and mother of pearl inlay

Macassar Ebony bridge

Snakewood bridge pins

Sitka Spruce internal bracing

Bone nut and saddle

Satin finish

MINT CONDITION.

Comes with a case that I have adapted to secure the instrument inside.

Will include an extra set of strings and an electronic tuner.

Looks like a beauty, I'm sure you won't have too much trouble finding a buyer.

Thanks mate

The instrument that beat it is a squareneck resonator...I just cant stop playing it..I think my inner hillbilly is emerging!

I think its less about people being interested and more about lack of people checking these forums regularly, give it some time :)

Presumably it's one of these: http://www.rwguitars...uitar/1/Model_I

Which are listed as AU$1600 (no mention of a case), so the price PaulyWauly is selling it for seems fair to me if it's barely been touched.

The RRP for the instrument alone is $1750.

The case cost me about $130 including extra foam padding to pad out the case so the instrumet wouldn't move around inside (it's a dread case).

Zephyr is correct....Its only been played for about an hour...Im just in love my squareneck resonator!! Can't really afford to keep both.

1 cent, are you nuts? :smack:

Seriously, wouldn't it be better to just hold on to it for a while than lose out on a thousand odd dollars? Did you put a reserve bid maximum on?
