No poll here but what would you like to see at a JBT concert?
Maybe certain songs, or maybe something with the stage setup, lights, props, backdrop etc?
What about the atmosphere? What about the pre-show entertainment?
What about the lobby or street outside the venue as you wait to go to your seat?
What do you like best about concerts?
What do you hope to see, hear, feel at shows?
What's the best concert experience you've had?
Besides your other favourite bands sharing the stage with JBT, what would make a show the best experience yet?

In terms of what I would like to see; More instrumentals (Not just Ocean even though it's insane) like Mist, Foundation, Under an Idnian Sky and sutff off Searching for Heritage that nobodies ever heard live.
Well, in terms of songs, I would love to see There'll Come a Time, Nowhere Man, To Look Like You, Inspiration and Keeper as I've never heard any of these live and they're some of my favourite songs. I would also love to heare Vally with a good, long instrumental in it just because it's awesome.
Can't say anything about the atmosphere, pre-show entertainment, or lobby or street outside venue stuff; it's all awesome enough for me.
What I like best about the concerts: The energy of the trio, the passion, the music (especially the fact that every song has been altered and has evolved for live shows) and the stories that JB tells with the songs that make the performance more intimate and personal whilst feeling big at the same time.
The best concert experience I've ever had would be at River Stage, Brisbane 2010 in September. Went with my dad and my best freind. Blew my mind and even my dad - who's seen heaps of great bands and entertainers like Pavorotti, Elton John, Van Halen, John Farnem, etc. - said that JBT was the best concert he had ever been to.
As for what would make the best experience, I think a show when older songs are played WITH the older trios would be sublime, as well as if some Searching For Heritage stuff was played.

I second the motion on "Inspiration". Saw it once years and years ago but never again! One of my favorites!!!

If I had to choose one thing it would be greater variation in the set list to represent all JBT albums and all the tracks from them. Zebra, Bloody Better Than, Used To Get High and Funky Tonight and even Treat Yo Mama are getting a bit over played now! Also we only ever get Betterman from Three and Valley from 1st album.
