John Butler Trio, one of Australia’s most loved bands, will perform at Bird in Hand’s annual vineyard concert on the evening of Friday 29th & Saturday 30 January 2016.
Revered for their brilliant live performances and superb musicianship, the JOHN BUTLER TRIO is one of the most successful independent bands of the current era, both locally and on the global stage. The multi-award winning, multi-platinum selling band is one of those rare acts who successfully straddle across the mainstream and alternative markets simultaneously. Just last year John Butler took out the APRA award for Blues and Roots Work of the Year with ‘Only One’, the first single to be released from ‘Flesh & Blood’. This is John’s fourth win in this category making him the most Successful Blues & Roots songwriter in Australia.
Performing under the stars and amongst the vines at Bird in Hand in the Adelaide Hills, JOHN BUTLER TRIO will bring to live tracks from their new album ‘Flesh & Blood’ along with crowd favourites from the breadth of the trio’s catalogue.

Barrel Hall Dinner Package : A two course ‘share-style’ pre-concert dinner in the Barrel Hall served with premium Bird in Hand wines from 5-8pm followed by reserved concert viewing. Drinks will be available for purchase after 8pm and throughout the performance at a marquee wine bar.
NB – two optional viewing areas are available post dinner.
#1 – a seated area to the side of stage
#2 – dinner guests are welcome to stay and view from the terraced area at the rear of venue.
